In the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, finding moments of inner peace and stillness can feel like stumbling upon hidden treasures. What if I told you there is a practice that can transport you to a serene Rose Garden, where the gentle whispers of nature guide you to inner peace and stillness? Where your brain dances with alpha waves, igniting your ability to regulate your emotions and thoughts.

In this modified version I have created and recorded for you, we will nurture your inner Rose Garden, where the Rose unfolds its petals in the morning light, revealing its inner exquisiteness to the world. This Rose Diamond Sparkles® (RDS) EcoMeditation allows us to discover the peace and stillness that resides within. Join me as we delve into this version of EcoMeditation, where the delicate fragrance of the Rose interweaves with the rhythms of our breath, leading us to serenity and self-discovery.

Like tending to a Rose, prepare yourself by disconnecting from distractions. Allow yourself the quiet luxury of 24 minutes. Welcome the morning's tranquil embrace, the night's peaceful solace or a fleeting break during the day.

Use your fingertips to tap gently on each of the EFT acupressure points. As you tap, hold the intention that you are entering a state of peace and stillness, where nothing else matters except the precious gift of uninterrupted time you are granting yourself. Begin tapping from the top of the head to the underarm point. Acknowledge that this moment is a gift meant only for you. Release any lingering concerns about external distractions and wholeheartedly immerse yourself in this present experience. As you tap, let the words flow from your lips and repeat the following statements on each of the Tapping Points :

  • Top of the Head (TOH) - I allow the thorns blocking inner peace and stillness to gently fall away.

  • Eyebrow (EB) - I release the tension and tightness held within my body and allow it to thaw out like dewdrops sliding off a Rose petal.

  • Side of the Eye (SOE) - I let go of all disturbances that disrupt the peace and stillness within.

  • Under the Eye (UE) - I release the worries and anxieties that cling to me, like the petals of a Rose releasing their grip on a gentle breeze.

  • Under the Nose (UN) -  I release the weight of past burdens, letting them scatter like Rose petals in the wind.

  • Chin (CH) - I release any doubts and fears, allowing them to fade away like morning mist beneath the warming rays of the sun.

  • Collarbone (CP) - I release the need to control outcomes, surrendering to the natural flow of life like a Rose swaying gracefully in the breeze.

  • Under the Arm (UA) - I release attachment to expectations, allowing them to dissolve like petals drifting downstream and trusting in the process: The Rose Journey to Sparkling Radiance.

When tapping, specific physical signs that indicate relaxation include:

  • Softening of the tapped area, with muscles becoming less tense and more pliable.

  • Slowing down of tapping movements, indicating a gradual calming of the nervous system.

  • Decrease in the intensity of tapping pressure, as the body becomes more receptive to gentle touch.

  • Smoother and more fluid tapping motions reflect a state of ease and relaxation.

  • Sighing, yawning or deep exhalations, signaling the release of tension and stress.

  • Increased warmth or tingling sensation in the tapped area, suggesting improved blood circulation and relaxation response.

  • Slowing down of breath rate and deepening of breaths, synchronising with the tapping rhythm.

  • Overall sense of comfort and serenity spreads throughout the body as tapping continues.
