  • What can I expect during an EFT session?
    During an EFT session, you can anticipate a structured yet bespoke experience to address your specific emotional or physical concerns. Initial Assessment: I will begin by conducting an initial assessment to understand your unique requirements, challenges, intentions and any specific areas you would like to address during the session. This assessment helps create a bespoke Tapping sequence tailored to your circumstances. Safe and Nurturing Environment: You will be welcomed into a safe and confidential environment where you can openly express your feelings, concerns and experiences without judgment. I will create a nurturing space (Rose Garden) for you to feel comfortable, heard and respected throughout the session. Learning and Practicing Tapping Techniques: I will guide you through the Tapping process, demonstrating how to tap on specific meridian points on your body while focusing on particular thoughts, emotions, memories or sensations. You will learn the foundational Tapping techniques in EFT and practice Tapping sequences designed to release emotional blockages, reduce stress and promote emotional wellness. Exploring Emotions and Sensations: As you engage in the Tapping process, you may explore various emotions, sensations, memories or beliefs that arise. I will guide you in navigating these experiences, providing guidance, reassurance and encouragement as needed. You will have the opportunity to identify and address underlying issues, challenges or patterns contributing to your current concerns. Monitoring Progress and Adjusting Techniques: Throughout the session, I will monitor your progress, observe your responses and adjust the Tapping techniques as necessary to ensure effectiveness and alignment with your intentions. I may introduce additional strategies, tools or resources to enhance your experience and guide your ongoing Rose Journey to Sparkling Radiance towards emotional wellness and empowerment. Reflection and Integration: Towards the end of the session, you will have an opportunity to reflect on your experiences, insights and shifts that occurred during the process. I may provide recommendations, strategies or exercises for you to integrate the benefits of the session into your daily life, fostering continued growth, resilience and emotional wellness.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    The duration and frequency of EFT sessions vary based on individual requirements, intentions, challenges and progress. Client-Centred Approach: Every journey is one of a kind and the number of sessions required will depend on various factors, including the complexity of your concerns, your level of engagement, your responsiveness to the techniques and your overarching intentions. I will assess your progress, discuss your evolving requirements and collaboratively determine the optimal session frequency and duration tailored to your specific circumstances. Progress Monitoring: I will monitor your progress throughout the sessions. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions will assist in determining whether additional sessions are needed, allowing for adjustments based on your evolving requirements and experiences. Short-Term vs. Long-Term Intentions: The number of sessions required may vary depending on whether you are focusing on short-term relief from specific symptoms or addressing long-term patterns, beliefs or challenges.
